Join our team as a Client Servicing Intern and gain hands-on experience working with exciting projects across SEO, social media, and digital campaigns.What you’ll do:✅ Communicate with clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their needs and resolve concerns.✅ Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism.✅ Collaborate with SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Managers, as well as the technical team, to deliver solutions.✅ Share regular updates with senior management.✅ Manage client social media handles (based on project scope).✅ Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly reports.What we’re looking for:✨ Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.✨ Good with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).✨ Analytical mindset and good presentation skills.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):🔹 Understanding of SEO, SMM, SMO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Accounts.📍 Location: Hartron Complex, B-8, Electronic City, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015⏳ Duration: 3 Months💼 Stipend: Paid Internship.[PPO Available based on performance]If you’re eager to learn, client-focused, and want to grow in the digital marketing space — we’d love to hear from you!
