Client Servicing Intern

As a crucial member of the Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing support across various projects. Your role will involve assisting team members with day-to-day project activities, coordinating projects across departments, and conducting research and audits. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily client relationships and project activities, including organizing meetings, preparing meeting reports, and updating project statuses. - Collaborate with strategy and creative teams in preparing briefs and participating in ideation sessions. - Ensure up-to-date resourcing for each project and schedule meetings to help teams meet deadlines. - Participate in project meetings and document minutes for follow-up actions. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively. - Capability to take ownership and manage projects from end to end. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
