Client Servicing Intern

Act as a support point for client communication, coordination, and follow-ups

Assist in managing ongoing client requirements, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate with internal teams such as design, content, and social media to ensure timely execution

Support social media-related tasks such as content scheduling, tracking posts, and basic performance monitoring

Help prepare basic reports, updates, and documentation for internal and client use

Ensure clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders

Assist the team in maintaining smooth workflows and client satisfaction.

Minimum 6 months of prior internship or industrial experience (agency, startup, or corporate environment)

full-time, on-site internship

Candidates residing near Mazgaon or nearby locations will be preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field

Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn

Good communication skills and willingness to interact with clients and teams

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
