Job Summary

The Client Servicing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Client Servicing team in managing client accounts, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring timely responses.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, logistics, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Maintain detailed client records, event briefs, and timelines.
• Track budgets, invoices, and payments related to client accounts.
• Support post-event feedback collection and reporting.
• Help organize internal meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
