About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between our internal teams and our valued clients. If you love managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and working in a fast-paced creative environment — this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (SEO, Design, Development, Social Media, and Ads). Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for the relevant departments. Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns, assets, and reports. Handle client communications with professionalism and clarity via email, calls, and meetings. Coordinate reviews, feedback loops, and approvals. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital services. Maintain high client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. What You’ll Need: 1–3 years of experience in a client servicing/account management role, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content). Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Experience working with clients in e-commerce, real estate, or B2B sectors.
