Job Description

About the Role:


We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Client Servicing / Account Manager who can be the bridge between the client and our internal creative teams. If you’re someone who can own client relationships, lead projects from brief to delivery, and ensure everything runs smoothly with a smile — we want to talk to you.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts across industries.
  2. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
  3. Coordinate with designers, content creators, ad teams, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  4. Lead project planning, timelines, delivery schedules, and post-delivery feedback cycles.
  5. Manage campaign reports, performance tracking, and update clients on key milestones.
  6. Handle escalations professionally and work proactively to resolve bottlenecks.
  7. Build strong, long-term relationships by exceeding client expectations.
  8. Contribute to internal brainstorming, campaign planning, and pitch decks.
  9. Requirements:
  10. 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand management (agency experience preferred).
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Strong understanding of marketing, branding, digital content, and social media.
  13. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  14. Solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  15. Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp/Asana, and presentation decks.



Nice to Have:


Experience working across sectors like FMCG, lifestyle, education, or real estate.

Prior exposure to ad campaign performance analysis and client reporting.
