We’re looking for a motivated Client Servicing Executive with strong knowledge of Affiliate Marketing to join our dynamic team and help us build exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
• Regularly reach out to clients for feedback, new opportunities, and performance discussions.
• Handle email reach out and monitor their effectiveness.
• Strategize and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Monitor trends in the affiliate marketing space and share relevant insights with clients.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of digital campaigns, affiliate programs, and other online marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in client servicing or digital marketing.
• Strong affiliate marketing knowledge (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage cross-functional projects
• Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
