Role Description

This is an entry level full-time on-site role located in Vikhroli, Mumbai for a Client Services Representative at The Sleep Shell. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client inquiries and concerns, and handling financial transactions and issues.
