Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Manager for Corporate Events, your role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and ensuring successful event planning and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Acting as the main point of contact between the company and corporate clients, understanding their goals and needs to foster long-term partnerships. - Building and nurturing client relationships to drive repeat business by providing regular updates on event progress, budgets, and timelines. - Collaborating with clients to design event themes and formats that align with their objectives and working with internal teams to meet client expectations. - Managing multiple event projects simultaneously, preparing detailed timelines, proposals, and budgets for client approval. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and providing clear communication to stakeholders. - Assisting in budget planning, cost control, and invoicing for client projects to ensure financial oversight. - Monitoring client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and working with senior management on client retention and growth strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the event industry, specializing in corporate events. - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile corporate clients and deliver exceptional service. - Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events. - Strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Note: You will be required to work full-time in Gurgaon, Haryana, during day shifts. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
