Conference Secretariat Management: delegate assistance, speaker coordination & client relationship management.
Website coordination: Ensure that the project websites are updated regularly in coordination with the client and internal team.
Reports & data management: Circulating registration and abstract-related reports and timely progress reports of the conferences to be prepared & circulated.
Capturing the discussions during committee meetings and ensuring that the discussion points are circulated, and followed up.
Maintain timeline chart of the conferences.
Coordination with internal team/ departments for smooth execution of the conferences.
Coordination with exhibitors to collect & disseminate relevant information.
