Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Understand client objectives and deliver tailored event tech solutions.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.

Event Tech Project Management

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of event technology services (virtual/hybrid/live).
• Work with clients to set event timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
• Oversee platform setup, registration systems, mobile apps, livestreaming tools, and engagement tech.
• Ensure events go live smoothly, with real-time technical monitoring & issue resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product, tech, design, and operations teams for flawless execution.
• Gather client feedback to influence product improvements.

Performance & Reporting

• Track event KPIs, compile post-event reports, and share insights.
• Create client presentations, proposals, and ROI reports.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in

  Client Servicing

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality service under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and technical aptitude.

Good to Have:

• Experience in virtual/hybrid event delivery.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics.
• Prior experience in event agencies or SaaS event platforms.
