Client Services Manager

Position: Client Servicing Manager Location: Kolkata Experience Required: 5–10 years (in event/wedding management companies)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager who can take full ownership of projects — from understanding client briefs to final execution. This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of planning, budgeting, coordinating teams, and ensuring a high-quality delivery of events, especially weddings, social events, and corporate activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for clients from briefing to project closure.
• Understand and interpret client needs to develop tailored event strategies.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Liaise with internal teams (design, production, logistics, etc.) and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Manage on-ground execution and address issues in real time.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in event/wedding management, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end executed events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and budgeting ability.
• Proven experience in client handling, vendor coordination, and on-ground operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel for events as needed.
• At least delivered 1Cr project end to end
