Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in kottayam. The Client Services Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining business relationships. The role also includes analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in Business Relationship Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field [non mandatory]

•Client Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the primary point of contact for high-level client communications, strategy meetings, and pitches.

• Quality Control (QC): Ensure that all client deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold our commitment to excellence.

• Strategy Development: Participate in and lead strategy meetings to align client objectives with actionable plans. Your insights will help shape the direction of client campaigns and initiatives.

• Client Communication and Service: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication. Address client concerns, offer solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services.

• • Performance Metrics: Your success will be measured through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention, client satisfaction, and the collection of client retainer fees.
