As the Client Success Manager at our company, your role will be dynamic and client-focused. Here is a summary of what you will be doing: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our event tech platform. - Manage client onboarding, training, and support throughout the event lifecycle. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech, design, operations) to guarantee successful project delivery. - Understand client requirements and ensure the platform is configured to align with event goals. - Proactively troubleshoot client issues, provide solutions, and uphold high client satisfaction levels. - Assist in project planning, timelines, and documentation for event tech deployments. - Cultivate strong and enduring client relationships through effective communication and superior service. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in event tech, event management, or SaaS industries. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in technology with the ability to comprehend event platforms and effectively guide clients. - Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts/projects concurrently. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-centric mindset. - Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines promptly.
