Job Description

As a Client Service Executive, your role will involve booking and processing jobs received from onsite stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. You will interact with clients and stakeholders via email or call to clarify requirements or resolve queries. It will be your responsibility to ensure smooth workflow and communication between onsite and offshore teams. Additionally, you will maintain trackers and reports using MS Excel and support the team with documentation and other administrative tasks as needed. You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.
