We are dedicated to delivering high-quality customer experiences and solutions. As part of our growing team, we are looking for passionate and professional Customer Support Executives to assist our UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UAE-based clients.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide guidance and support regarding documentation, services, and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Accurately record customer interactions, service requests, and work updates in the CRM tool.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, call center, or client servicing (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Malayalam/Hindi is a plus).
• Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
