Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with overseas customers, understanding their travel needs, and promoting our tourism products and services to achieve sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and a professional approach to managing international clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the company’s business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with international customers through email, chat, and phone.
  • Greet and assist clients with detailed product information, travel options, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company travel packages, services, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and lead generation for international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and ticketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication).
  • Ability to handle overseas clients professionally and work across different time zones when required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
