Client Services Executive

As a Client Service Representative at the company located in Mumbai (Dahisar), your role is crucial in providing exceptional support to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include resolving client issues and concerns promptly and professionally, supporting new client onboarding, maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring accurate client records and communication logs, collaborating with internal teams, providing product/service information and guidance, and collecting and reporting client feedback to improve service. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally. - Support new client onboarding and maintain relationships with existing clients. - Ensure accurate client records and communication logs are maintained. - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality service. - Provide clients with product/service information and guidance. - Collect and report client feedback to improve service. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in a client service role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
