About the Role

own and scale the complete performance marketing engine

Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and quick-commerce advertising


Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Performance Strategy

Build full-funnel paid marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and DV360.

Develop marketplace & quick commerce ad strategies:

Amazon Ads (DSP + PPC)

Flipkart Ads

1mg/PharmEasy ads

Zepto/Blinkit/Instamart ads

Plan and forecast budgets with clear KPIs: CAC, ROAS, LTV, TACoS, ACOS, etc.

Create scalable playbooks for new launches and marketplace expansions.


2. Marketplace & Quick Commerce Advertising

Manage end-to-end campaigns on:

Amazon SP/SD/SD, Brand Analytics, Amazon Attribution

Flipkart PLA & display ads

1mg / PharmEasy ads for healthcare & supplement brands

Swiggy Instamart, Zepto & Blinkit sponsored placements / banner ads

Optimize: keyword ranking, organic uplift, buybox share, visibility score.

Monthly and weekly marketplace growth planning (ranking → reviews → conversions).


3. Media Buying & Optimization

Hands-on setup, optimization, and scaling for high budgets across Meta & Google.

Run experiments: A/B tests, creative iterations, hook frameworks, landing page CRO.

Manage budgets from ₹50L to ₹3Cr/month across clients.


4. Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

Lead tracking setup using:

GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, pixel events

Amazon Brand Analytics, 1mg dashboards, quick commerce dashboards

Build performance dashboards on Google Data Studio / Zoho Analytics.

Deep analytical ability: LTV, CAC, blended ROAS, VTR, ACOS/TACOS, etc.

Run weekly reviews with insights + recommended actions.


5. Client & Team Leadership

Lead a team of media buyers, marketplace specialists, performance analysts.

Build SOPs for marketplace-first brands and quick commerce brands.

Present reports, insights, and scaling strategies to founders and brand heads.

Collaborate with creative team for ad angles, hooks, and marketplace creatives.


6. Conversion & Funnel Optimization

Improve conversion rate across landing pages & product pages.

Improve marketplace conversions via:

Listing quality, SEO, keyword ranking

Reviews strategy

Deals, coupons, promotions, events (Prime Day, BBD, etc.)

Optimize D2C + Marketplace + Quick Comm synergy.


Requirements

5–10 years in performance marketing and marketplace advertising.

hands-on experience with Amazon Ads + Flipkart Ads + Instamart/Zepto/Blinkit/1mg ads.


Proven track record of scaling D2C & FMCG brands.

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large budgets.

Ability to build and lead a team.


Strong command over AI tools and automation workflows.

Excellent communication & client-facing skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Shopify & marketplace integrations.

Experience with CRM/marketing automation (Zoho, HubSpot).

Prior experience in nutraceuticals, wellness, personal care, or real estate.
