Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 03years in client servicing/account management (digital marketing agency preferred)

Age Group: 2025 years

Education: UG/PG (Marketing/Business/Communications background preferred)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Client Service Manager to act as the bridge between our agency and clients. You’ll ensure seamless communication, manage expectations, and drive client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams (SEO, Content, Ads) to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships.

Conduct regular meetings/calls to understand client goals, present reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

Handle escalations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Work with SEO, PPC, and content teams to align strategies with client KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions).

Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc., and share insights with clients.

Ensure deliverables (reports, audits, content) meet deadlines and quality standards.

3. Business Growth & Retention

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., additional SEO services, ads budget increases).

Renew contracts and negotiate terms in collaboration with senior management.

Gather client feedback to improve service offerings.

4. Process Optimization

Document client requirements, feedback, and action plans.

Streamline workflows between teams (creative, technical, marketing) for efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

0-3+ years in client-facing roles (digital marketing/agency experience is a MUST).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (verbal/written).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools) and terminologies.

Strong problem-solving ability to handle client objections/data-driven discussions.

Project management skills – ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Good to Have:

Certification in Digital Marketing/Digital Analytics.

Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, or social media marketing.
