Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis
Work on lead generation campaigns with clear ROI goals
Manage budgets and ad spends effectively
Collaborate with the creative and content team to create high-converting ad creatives
Implement automation tools for marketing processes wherever applicable

Preferred Skills:

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in managing paid campaigns (Meta or Google)
Knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads
,
Sales Navigator
, and
LinkedIn Outreach Automation
is a plus
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
