We are hiring for -
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Chakan, Pune
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and order commitments.
Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) and track production milestones to avoid bottlenecks and delays.
Update stakeholders on production status and flag any deviations from the plan.
Prepare cost sheets and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for new and existing products.
Calculate direct and indirect costs including raw materials, labor, overheads, and logistics.
Conduct cost analysis for pricing decisions and margin optimization.
Evaluate cost variances and suggest areas for cost reduction.
Work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of production timelines, material usage, and cost sheets.
Generate regular reports on production efficiency, downtime, and cost performance.
Assist in budget preparation and resource forecasting.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Production Management
2+ years of experience in production planning and costing, preferably in a manufacturing or apparel unit.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
