Role: Backend Developer At Clipwise.ai, we're building the future of AI-powered video creation. If you are excited by backend challenges, machine learning integrations, and solving real problems that shape how users interact with AI-driven tools this is your calling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy robust backend features using Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Integrate machine learning models and pipelines into real-time production environments. Work closely with product and ML teams to ship impactful features. Solve challenging backend problems, optimize performance, and debug complex issues. Collaborate in a high-ownership, fast-paced team environment. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to enhance productivity and automation. What Were Looking For: Strong backend fundamentals and solid debugging skills. Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor). Passion for learning new technologies; no DSPy or MLflow experience requiredwe’ll guide you. Hands-on with personal or collaborative projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions. A curious mindset and ability to thrive in high-ownership environments. Tech Stack You’ll Work With: Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django. Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis. AI/ML Tools: DSPy, MLflow. Key Responsibilities: Create short-form videos (1560 seconds) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Short. Add text animations, sound effects, captions, and transitions to boost engagement. Experiment with trending formats and editing styles to make content go viral. Collaborate with our content and growth teams to iterate fast. Requirements: Proficiency in video editing tools. (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut or similar) Eye for trends and engaging storytelling. Basic motion graphics knowledge is a bonus. Role & responsibilities Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) for marketing and brand promotion. Work with marketing team to develop engaging video content. Use AI tools and stock assets to enhance video output. Repurpose content into platform-specific viral video formats. Track trends and apply them to video concepts regularly. Preferred candidate profile Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Hands-on experience with AI tools like Runway, Pika, Descript. Strong understanding of viral formats and trending audio. Creative, self-driven, and quick at executing content ideas. Bonus: Experience in marketing-led video campaigns.
