Role: Backend Developer At Clipwise.ai, we're building the future of AI-powered video creation. If you are excited by backend challenges, machine learning integrations, and solving real problems that shape how users interact with AI-driven tools this is your calling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy robust backend features using Django, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Integrate machine learning models and pipelines into real-time production environments. Work closely with product and ML teams to ship impactful features. Solve challenging backend problems, optimize performance, and debug complex issues. Collaborate in a high-ownership, fast-paced team environment. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to enhance productivity and automation. What Were Looking For: Strong backend fundamentals and solid debugging skills. Experience using or experimenting with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor). Passion for learning new technologies; no DSPy or MLflow experience requiredwe’ll guide you. Hands-on with personal or collaborative projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions. A curious mindset and ability to thrive in high-ownership environments. Tech Stack You’ll Work With: Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django. Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis. AI/ML Tools: DSPy, MLflow.
