Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at L4 Lavender Media, your role involves leading client accounts, managing communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, understand client requirements, and brief the creative/production team effectively. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the planning and execution of campaigns, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, preparing reports and proposals, and ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
