Are you a client-focused communicator with solid experience in an advertising or media agency? L4 Lavender Media is looking for a Client Service Manager to lead client accounts, manage communication, and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and brief the creative/production team effectively.
• Oversee planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and performance updates for clients.
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Mandatory prior experience in a creative/advertising/media agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
