Project Role Description :

Responsible for seamlessly delivering services to the client. Assigns all work assignments, commits team(s) to work, manages their work quality, manages the teams financials and mix to targets, and drives the teams overall people management. Monitors and controls service delivery metrics.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and drive team effectiveness, while also focusing on financial management and people development within the team. Your role will require you to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Implement best practices in service delivery to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience with Salesforce platform customization and configuration. - Ability to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
