Assigns all work assignments, commits team(s) to work, manages their work quality, manages the teams financials and mix to targets, and drives the teams overall people management. Monitors and controls service delivery metrics.

Summary: As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Your typical day will involve assigning work assignments to team members, managing their performance and work quality, overseeing financial targets, and driving effective people management within the team. You will also monitor and control service delivery metrics to ensure that client expectations are met consistently and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
