Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate with 2+ years of relevant experience. The role focuses on handling client interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and follow-ups. You will play an important role in strengthening client engagement, supporting strategic collaborations, and delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for both clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to share information, address queries, and build interest in our couple counselling services
• Clearly communicate counselling options, session formats, and pricing in a professional and empathetic manner
• Support clients in scheduling therapy sessions and coordinating appointments with therapists
• Build trust and rapport through warm, respectful, and solution-oriented conversations
• Guide individuals toward the next steps, such as registering for webinars or booking consultations
• Follow up with webinar registrants through calls, WhatsApp, and email communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system
• Manage appointment coordination and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive client journey
• Respond to client concerns promptly, providing clear and relevant information
• Contribute to building long-term, meaningful relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• B.Sc. degree is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organisational skills with close attention to detail and timelines

Work Timings

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• One Sunday per month will be a working day, with a compensatory day off provided the following day
• Work from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

Bengaluru, Karnataka (candidates should have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate prior to joining)
