Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Provide detailed and jargon-free explanations of insurance policies, coverage options, and claim processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of client issues, from billing problems and policy changes (endorsements, cancellations, renewals) to initial claim reporting.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken within a system or database to maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as claims, underwriting, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues that require specialized assistance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • A bachelor's degree with relevant experience is preferred.
