Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Vadodara. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that services are delivered to meet their expectations. Daily tasks include regular client meetings, handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role demands proactive communication, efficient problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach to foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Problem Solving skills
• Experience in conducting Client Meetings and managing Client Queries
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the Human Resource or outsourcing industry is a plus
