Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client business objectives and social media goals
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, video, paid ads) to ensure timely delivery
• Create and manage project timelines, briefs, and communication flow
• Lead regular client review meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through
• Handle feedback loops, revision tracking, and performance updates
• Share monthly campaign reports and strategic insights with clients
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Work closely with leadership to support client retention and satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (preferably in a social media/digital marketing agency)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and campaign performance metrics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience using project management tools is a plus (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
