Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, ads) for project execution
  • Manage timelines, feedback, and campaign performance
  • Share reports and insights regularly with clients
  • Support client growth and retention through proactive engagement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (preferably in a social media/digital agency)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of social media and digital campaigns
