Job Role:

Experience:

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, ads) for project execution
Manage timelines, feedback, and campaign performance
Share reports and insights regularly with clients
Support client growth and retention through proactive engagement

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management (preferably in a social media/digital agency)
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Good understanding of social media and digital campaigns
