Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. Some work from home is acceptable. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive excellent service. Tasks include coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, handling client communication, resolving client issues, and identifying potential opportunities for client account growth.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in client management, including handling client issues and identified opportunities
Skills in project management and coordination with internal teams
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
