Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, your role involves being the friendly face that guides our clients in utilizing our easy-to-use communication platform. This platform facilitates businesses in staying connected with their customers through messaging, automation, and analytics. Your responsibilities include building relationships, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring that our clients always feel supported. We are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills who is comfortable engaging with our US-based clients. Prior experience in customer support or a similar role would be advantageous, and having worked night shifts previously is a bonus. Your tasks will include welcoming new clients through onboarding calls and assisting them in navigating our system comfortably. You will serve as the primary contact person for a group of customers, offering assistance and guidance whenever required. Additionally, you will help customers maximize their use of the application, address any technical issues that arise, and maintain organized records of customer interactions and solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to swiftly resolve complex customer problems is also part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time and permanent position that requires working night shifts during the US shift from Monday to Friday.
