Client Relationship Manager

You will be joining a dynamic IT firm as a Client Relationship Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of IT solutions, and the ability to nurture long-term partnerships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and recommending IT solutions that align with their objectives. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate with sales and technical teams to create customized solutions, and monitor client feedback to enhance service quality. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. You must have proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the IT industry, and a strong understanding of IT solutions such as software, cloud computing, and digital transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-centric approach are highly valued, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the job requires in-person presence at the Rajkot, Gujarat location. The salary range for this role is between 20k to 30k per month.
