Job Description

Cozymoons is growing. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build & manage relationships, read people, create trust. Someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, and understands the art of servicing discerning clients with discretion and detail.


Role:

• Work with HNW & UHNW travellers

• Onboarding new clients into our luxury travel network

• Build loyalty, repeat business and referrals

• Managing existing relationships with care, detail and follow-through

• Spotting opportunities for collaborations, referrals and brand partnerships

• Create a seamless experience before, during and after travel


Right fit:

• You’re confident, well-spoken and presentable

• You enjoy meeting new people and building long-term relationships

• You’ve worked in luxury hospitality, travel, events, lifestyle, aviation, etc.

• You’re organised, reliable, and not afraid to take ownership

• You think client service is an art form

• You’re proactive, organised, confident, and polished in both behaviour and communication


Essentials:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Business, Communications, Marketing, or Luxury Brand Management is a plus)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, travel, client relations, events, lifestyle brands, aviation, concierge services, or UHNW/HNW servicing

• Good personal travel history/experience (big plus)

• Proven experience in managing client relationships, account management, or sales in a premium/luxury environment

• Strong organisational skills and follow-through
