Key Objectives:
To lead client-facing business development and relationship management initiatives for government, corporate, and institutional clients; ensure profitable business growth; and maintain top-tier service delivery standards under NCVET compliance.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development
Plan and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition.
Develop partnerships with training organizations, universities, corporates, and government agencies.
Represent Sai Skill Technology in skill ecosystem meetings, NCVET events, and industry expos.
Identify new business models such as white-label assessment partnerships or SaaS-based licensing.
2. Client Relationship & Key Account Management
Act as single point of contact for high-value clients.
Develop customized solutions aligned with client training/assessment needs.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and MoUs to ensure win-win partnerships.
Ensure renewals, repeat business, and timely payments from clients.
3. Team Leadership & Mentoring
Lead and motivate the Assistant Managers and Business Development Executives.
Allocate client accounts and monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and share progress reports with senior management.
4. Operational Oversight
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless exam delivery (technical setup, invigilation, evaluation, reporting).
Ensure compliance with NCVET/SSC rules, audit trails, and data privacy policies.
Oversee issue resolution, escalation management, and client satisfaction metrics.
5. Revenue & Performance Management
Prepare and execute quarterly business plans with clear revenue goals (~₹6 lakh minimum).
Track lead-to-conversion ratios, collection status, and profit margins per client.
Prepare quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and financial performance summaries.
6. Data Analytics & Market Intelligence
Maintain dashboards for client engagement, sales pipeline, and platform usage.
Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and upcoming skill projects.
Suggest product improvements and marketing initiatives based on client feedback.
7. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all client contracts, invoices, and records comply with company and NCVET standards.
Support audit teams with documentation, MIS reports, and financial summaries.
8. Skills & Competencies
Excellent leadership and client negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of NCVET, NSDC, and skill ecosystem operations.
Strong knowledge of B2B EdTech or assessment platform management.
Target-driven mindset with proven record of business growth.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing basics.
