As a Client Relationship Manager at our company, your role is crucial in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving business growth through effective client engagement, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Resolving any client concerns or issues promptly. - Understanding client needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions and services. - Collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs effectively. - Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to enhance engagement and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. - Monitoring client accounts to ensure timely delivery of products and services. - Gathering client feedback to improve overall customer experience. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools. - Assisting in developing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction. In order to excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). - Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of CRM software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. - Self-motivation, proactiveness, and results-driven mindset. Preferred skills include industry-specific experience, familiarity with customer service practices, and a basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques. As a full-time employee, you will receive benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, and the work location is in person.
