Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.  Relationship Management: Developing and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.  Sales and Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing client engagement to drive revenue growth.  Issue Resolution: Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, often in collaboration with other departments.  Internal Coordination: Working with internal teams (sales, customer service, product) to ensure client needs are met and that clients are satisfied with products or services.  Reporting and Analysis: Tracking client feedback, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports to inform strategies for improvement.
