Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client needs.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Prior experience in the
financial industry
is required.

Requirements:-

2 - 3 years of experience (financial industry preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Customer-centric and responsible.
Female candidates preferred.

Customer Onboarding Efficiency:
Completing client onboarding accurately and within the defined timelines.
Client Query Resolution:
Responding to and resolving client queries quickly and effectively.

Accuracy in Documentation:
Ensuring all onboarding documents and client details are handled with 100% accuracy.

Providing timely replies to all client messages and queries.
