Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation · Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and residential real estate sectors, including working with developers, architects, general contractors, building owners, and property managers. · Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. · Actively prospect for new customers, including cold calling and identifying competitive accounts for conversion. Client Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor. · Understand customer technical requirements and provide expert advice and tailored solutions. · Regularly visit clients to foster commercial relationships and ensure satisfaction.
