The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of new elevator installations and
modernizations. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and
achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Business Development & Lead Generation
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial and residential real estate sectors, including working with developers, architects, general contractors, building owners, and property managers.
· Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
· Actively prospect for new customers, including cold calling and identifying competitive accounts for conversion.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
· Understand customer technical requirements and provide expert advice and tailored solutions.
· Regularly visit clients to foster commercial relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Sales Process Management
· Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals.
· Conduct site assessments to verify feasibility and recommend suitable solutions.
· Negotiate contract terms and conditions, prices, delivery times, and payment conditions in line with company policy.
· Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Follow up on orders to ensure correct material lists and adherence to project deadlines.
