Job Description – CRM Executive Company: Sonigara Corp Location: Kothrud, Pune Position Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1.5 – 3 years (Real Estate industry preferred) Education: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team at Kothrud. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a strong understanding of post-sales processes in the real estate sector. Candidates with prior experience working in or managing clients in the Kothrud region will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to queries. Handle end-to-end post-sales processes including agreements, payments, registrations, and handovers. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project Teams to meet customer requirements effectively. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding documentation and payments. Provide regular updates and reports to the management on CRM activities and client satisfaction. Support customer engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships. Resolve escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Requirements: 1.5 – 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate industry. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience at Kothrud or those familiar with the customer base in this region. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Good coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
