Job Title: Account Manager / Client Relations Specialist Location: Delhi Cantonment Company: Powernet Communications Private Limited Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Powernet Communications is looking for a dedicated and technically-minded Account Manager / Client Relations Specialist to join our Delhi Cantonment office location. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued internet service customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and their relationship with Powernet remains strong. The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between the customer and our technical backend team. You aren’t just "managing accounts"—you are a problem solver who understands the nuances of telecom connectivity and is committed to delivering a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of internet service clients, building long-term trust and rapport. Proactive Communication: Promptly attend to customer calls and inquiries, providing a professional and empathetic voice for the company. On-Site Consultation: Visit client locations to assess service quality, understand specific site challenges, and maintain a physical presence. Problem Identification: Diagnose technical issues or service gaps reported by the client and translate them into actionable tasks for the technical team. Solution Coordination: Work closely with the internal technical and support teams to ensure that solutions are implemented accurately and within the agreed timelines (SLA). Feedback Loop: Follow up with clients after service resolution to ensure complete satisfaction and prevent recurring issues. Candidate Requirements Educational Background: A degree or diploma in a technical field (B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, or Electronics/Telecommunications) is highly preferred. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Telecom industry or IT sector is essential. Functional Experience: Proven track record in handling Internet Service Provider (ISP) customers or technical account management. Technical Literacy: Ability to understand networking basics (broadband, leased lines, connectivity issues) to effectively communicate with both clients and engineers. Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Mobility: Must be willing to travel within the Delhi Cantonment and surrounding areas for client visits. Work Schedule & Compensation Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off). Salary Payment: Salary is credited directly to your bank account on the 10th of every month for the preceding month’s work.
