  • Customer Interface & Front Office Management
  • Lead Generation, Telemarketing & Sales Support
  • Coordination for People Experience & Basic HR Support


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred)
  • Certifications in Front Office Management or Customer Service (an added advantage)


Experience:

  • 1–3 years in a front office
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (an advantage)
  • Exposure to telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales (an advantage)


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi an advantage)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
