Job Description
Client Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding employee HR matters.
Ensure client-specific HR processes are followed consistently.
Support clients in HR planning, recruitment, and employee-related documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
Manage the recruitment process with the recruitment team: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with recruitment partners/agencies’ job portals as needed.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage onboarding for the new joiners with the ER team, induction, confirmations, transfers, separations, and final settlements (F&F).
Ensure timely issuance of employment letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.).
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate with the payroll and ER team for accurate inputs received from the client.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.) as per applicable laws.
Policy Implementation & Support:
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in alignment with client needs.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies for all EOR employees.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention with the help of the ER team.
Address employee concerns and grievances in collaboration with senior HR and client teams.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic HR reports, including headcount, recruitment status, and compliance metrics.
