Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in SAP systems related to Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) modules.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks and validations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and analyse reports using SAP tools to support business operations.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and maintenance processes.
• Provide support during system audits and reviews.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system usage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Location: Pune, India

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in SAP data entry or related roles. Freshers with relevant training or certifications are welcome.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP modules MM, SD, and PP. Familiarity with data entry and reporting functionalities within SAP.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are a plus.

Attention to Detail: High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.

Drive and Initiative: Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
