Job Description

As a Build Management Specialist at Citigroup, you will be a recognized technical authority in the business, requiring basic commercial awareness. Your role will have a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Your work will impact an entire area, affecting the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation of complex deals in line with project management methodology and manage the end-to-end management of dedicated client deal portfolio to enhance the client on-boarding experience. - Oversight of all client on-boarding activity end-to-end, including standard, low complexity, and complex deals. - Manage and coordinate the work involved in a complex deal with partners from various teams. - Serve as a single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners, responsible for successful end-to-end delivery of projects. - Develop and maintain a customized project plan tailored to client requirements. - Establish an appropriate governance model to deliver client requirements ensuring adherence to defined quality standards. - Continuously reduce implementation cycle time and minimize deal slippage. - Effectively manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for a dedicated client portfolio. - Lead meetings and coordinate activities of cross-organizational implementation teams. - Maintain solid relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. - Manage regular client communication for a portfolio of projects and serve as an escalation point for key clients and internal stakeholders. - Manage project scope and apply the change control process. - Lead testing and solution validation efforts to ensure the solution meets the clients' expectations. - Support the preparation of Request for Proposal responses and actively participate in prospective client presentations and demos. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to department initiatives. - Assess risk when making business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 12-14 years of experience. - Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional teamwork experience. - Communication and presentation skills to command senior client and internal stakeholder meetings. - Effective leadership skills, ability to promote team building and develop partnerships. - Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, effective influence skills. - Self-starter with the ability to take initiative. - Excellent organizational, planning, written, and verbal communication skills. - Excellent customer interaction, management, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Ability to work under high-volume workload and prioritize effectively. - Project Management Certification by a reputable organization is preferential. - Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken). **Education:** - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree.
