Job Description

In the role of Client Onboarding Group Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex and critical professional disciplinary areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and directing a team of professionals - Ensuring on-time and proper execution of tasks, internal trainings, control, and reporting to Senior Management - Driving continuous improvement and project implementation for the team and the whole unit - Ensuring effective operational risk management and compliance with processes and regulations - Managing migrations of new processes and functions into the team while ensuring risk analysis - Establishing strong leadership standards and practices for all internal teams - Developing a team culture in accordance with organizational values - Providing oversight of all processes, procedures, and control functions of activities - Ensuring high levels of productivity and quality across all teams - Driving partnership with all Citi units and persons as described in operational procedures - Managing initiatives and projects across internal teams, including documentation and tests - Engaging in short to medium-term planning of actions and resources for your own area - Appropriately assessing risk when making business decisions - Demonstrating strong senior stakeholder management experience - Having familiarity with external products and services that add value to client and operation reference data management - Being proactive and able to work on your own initiative - Having good communication skills with the ability to be assertive - Being organized with an excellent attention to detail - Focusing on high-quality work while under pressure - Having a strong focus on control and process optimization and documentation - Possessing proven project and process management skills - Holding a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree - Having exceptional spoken and written English skills - Demonstrating strong Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will also need to have exceptional track record in people leadership, sound knowledge of Transactional Life Cycles, Reference Data Management, and Settlement process of Securities, and proven people management skills.
