Client Onboarding & KYC Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Knowledge on the Account opening Process and been able to undertake verification Process of different type of accounts opened under PMS & AIF business, Demat account opening etc.
• KYC specialist who understands SEBI KYC norms and have worked in the account opening, KYC documentation checking for Financial Service industry, preferably PMS/AIF, Demat Operation & Broking
• Manage stakeholders (internal and external) such as custodians, Bank, Broker and internal departments to service requests and resolve client queries.
• Manage client calls & emails volumes for queries related to their portfolio transactions, Performance, Fee & expenses etc.
• CRM record management and maintain records of all client service requests and conversations.
• Execute financial and non-financial transactions and process paperwork such as Redemption, SIP, BCR, FCR, Nomination, KYC modification etc.

Functional & Behavioural Knowledge

• Experience in Financial Services industry preferably in AMC/PMS/AIF/Wealth Management /Broking Industry Domain will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English / Persuasive Speaking & Writing Skills.
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word etc.)
• Good Collaboration skills is a must.

Problem Solving & Other Key skills set.

• Should know how to empathize with irate clients to resolve their issues.
• Should be good at explaining concepts of product, fee computation, processes etc.
• Diagnose client issues diligently.
• Method Approach - deliberate, detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Accountancy (What is balanced sheet / Profit and loss)

MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION:

• Commerce/Finance Graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in Client facing/PMS & AIF service management role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
